Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to cancel or request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and cancellations must be made prior to the item being delivered or the project being completed.

In accordance with EU Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item. However, this right does not apply to artworks or other items that are made to order or personalized in any way.

If you wish to cancel an order for an artwork, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. For artworks that are not personalized or made to order, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

– The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

– The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

– The condition of the returned item will be assessed upon its return. If the item is found to be damaged, altered, or not in its original condition, a partial or no refund may be issued.

For custom artworks or pieces made to order, refunds or cancellations are not possible once the creation process has started. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before making your purchase.
